Lululemon is known for its high-quality athletic wear, but how does it rate in terms of accessibility? While some stores can feel cramped and difficult to navigate, I found that Lululemon at NorthPark Mall was a pleasant surprise in terms of space and layout. However, staff engagement could have been better.

Navigability: A Spacious Layout

One of the biggest challenges when shopping as a wheelchair user is store layout. Thankfully, Lululemon offered plenty of space to move around, making it easy to navigate. Compared to other stores, this one was designed well, allowing me to browse without feeling trapped between racks. However, I did notice that the men’s section was noticeably small, which made finding specific items a little more difficult.

A Personal Shopping Experience

While exploring NorthPark Mall, I noticed a large Lululemon store and decided to check it out. From the outside, it looked huge, which was exciting because more space usually means better accessibility. Inside, I was greeted by staff, which was nice, but as I browsed, no one ever asked if I needed assistance. While I appreciate being able to look around at my own pace, a simple "Do you need help?" could have made the experience even better.

Final Thoughts

Lululemon NorthPark gets a lot right in terms of accessibility. The store is spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate. However, staff engagement could use some improvement, especially in making sure all customers feel welcomed and supported.

4 out of 5 rating! ⭐

A great shopping experience overall, but a little more proactive assistance would make it even better.
