As a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, stepping into the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop at The Star felt like more than just shopping—it was an experience. Naturally, I was just as excited to see how accessible the store would be for wheelchair users like me as I was to check out all the Cowboys gear.
Store Layout
The Pro Shop did not disappoint. The store was big and spacious, with wide aisles that made it easy for me to move around in my wheelchair without any issues. I never felt crowded or restricted while browsing.
Merchandise Accessibility
Most of the merchandise was well within reach, which made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. From jerseys to memorabilia, everything was easy to look at and access without hassle.
Staff Experience
The staff were super friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything I needed. Their welcoming attitude added to the overall positive experience and made the store feel even more enjoyable.
Final Thoughts
I had an excellent experience at the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop. The spacious layout, accessible merchandise, and helpful staff all came together to make the visit easy and fun. And of course, seeing all the amazing Cowboys gear was the cherry on top.
