Old Navy has always been one of those brands I’ve gravitated toward. Their clothes are casual, stylish, and affordable—basically everything I look for when it comes to everyday wear. So when I found myself near one of their stores, I figured it was the perfect time to check it out in person and see how wheelchair-friendly the space really was.

First Look: Style and Space

As soon as I rolled into the store, I noticed one thing right away—it was spacious. While some clothing stores can feel cramped with narrow aisles and crowded displays, Old Navy had plenty of room to move around comfortably in my wheelchair. There were a few smaller areas, but none of them were tight enough to make it hard to navigate.

Merch Within Reach

One of the biggest wins for me was that everything I wanted to look at was within reach. Whether it was racks of jeans, shelves with shirts, or tables laid out with accessories, I never felt like I had to ask for help just to browse—which makes a huge difference when trying to shop independently.

Helpful and Friendly Staff

That said, the staff at this Old Navy location were awesome. Even though I didn’t necessarily need help reaching anything, they still checked in to see if I was doing okay or had any questions. It never felt intrusive—just genuine and friendly customer service, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

A Smooth Shopping Trip

Overall, the store was clean, accessible, and had the same great styles I’ve always liked from Old Navy. I was able to look around at my own pace, enjoy the layout, and not stress about tight aisles or inaccessible displays.

Final Thoughts

When fashion meets accessibility, it’s a win-win. Old Navy impressed me not just with their styles, but with how easy and enjoyable they made the shopping experience for a wheelchair user like me.

🟢 5 out of 5 rating.

Old Navy made shopping stylish—and accessible—from start to finish.
